Jul 25, 2010 – While the Pennell Alumni were in town for their annual reunion this Saturday, the entire town had a celebration of its own. The once Pennell Institute, was re-dedicated as the Henry Pennell Municipal Complex. More than 200 Gray residents and Pennell alumni attended the event which lasted throughout the day and into the evening with an amazing display of fireworks to cap off the activities.
