Flavors of Freeport Kicked Off With
• Chef's Signature Series and Libations Sensations Gala at the Hilton Garden Inn
Apr 10, 2010 – Flavors of Freeport 2010 kicked off at the Hilton Garden Inn with more than 20 local restaurants, specialty shops, confectioners and libation distributors showing off their stuff. The ballroom at the Hilton was transformed into a combination foodie and art fest. As one sampled everything from soup to nuts, they had to opportunity to view and silent bid on a selection of local artists' work. A portion of the proceeds from Fridays event and the entire weekend will support the United Way.
